There are days when I am just beat. Like bone weary tired and really need my 3-4 cups of coffee to get started in the morning. And, honestly, I thought that was just me. I’e got a lot going on. I try to work out in the morning and I do usually get at least 6-7 hours of sleep/night.
Now,I’ve always been a fan of intermittent fasting. I typically follow a 16:8 fast at least two days a week. But I had never truly considered how intermittent fasting is linked to your circadian rhythms.
So, I asked my friend Dr. Amy Shah,
who has literally written the book on the subject. She is the author of the “I’m So Effing Tired’
and she is an expert on circadian rhythms, intermittent fasting and nutrition. Her latest book was named by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 5 books of 2021!

In this episode we dive deep into:
•The science behind intermittent fasting
•Is intermittent fasting safe for women? (and where that misconception that it’s not came from)
•3 easy ways to boost your energy (and one of them is sunlight)
