I hate feeling like I am powerless. And I feel that way with my phone at times. As if it’s controlling me and I just cannot feasibly step away being a business owner, doctor and mom.
But, that’s actually not true. And I became more and more aware of how often my phone was in hand when talking with my kids, helping them with homework, heck even when putting them to sleep.
