Do you feel the need to be constantly busy? Always working on something? Going the extra mile at work, always trying to squeeze in one more task? Everything is goal oriented -leaving you feeling burned out, emotionally drained, and exhausted.
Well, you’re not alone. You’re suffering from toxic productivity and it’s something I constantly am attuned to because I’ve succumbed many times as well.

(04:00) Tip 1 – When and how to set boundaries and say no. We must be careful with what we dedicate our time to, it is invaluable!
(8:10) Tip 2 – Focusing on the important and not just the urgent. We want to live in the quadrant of urgent and important not urgent and not important!
(14:00) Tip 3 – eliminating the unnecessary. How can we reduce the things we do that don’t move us forward?

Words to live by – “If it is not a hell yes, then it is a no”. I know, it is so hard to slow down. In the long run, though, this isn’t helping anything. We must master the art of when to do nothing.
